Each donation to truckersfinalmile.org, Inc. (received in any manner as outlined on our Donate Page of this website) is diligently applied to the partial and/or complete fulfillment of our Mission: to reunite North American Truck Drivers and Their Family in Times of Crisis and the outlined Programs that support that Mission.

Except in special extraordinary circumstances, such as a discontinuation of a specific Program in which a donor intended specific funds to be applied, the policy to NOT issue donation refunds has been approved by the Board of Directors of truckersfinalmile.org, Inc.

Other refund provisions may be included in any ‘gift agreements’ in amounts exceeding $10,000 USD, and would apply only to each individual gift agreement generated between the donor and truckersfinalmile.org, Inc.

ANY refund of ANY donation or any of these individual gift agreements would be LESS any financial benefit or value of benefit of service the donor received by initially making the donation.

truckersfinalmile.org, Inc. reserves the right to delay any refund while any refund request is reviewed by it’s Board of Directors and appropriate state of New Mexico Charity regulators for guidance as it may apply to ANY refund.
